OPI Can't Find My Czechbook

I have really been loving OPI's collections lately. I think I started off my blog almost 3 years ago only owning 2 OPI nail polishes. Crazy huh? It's been in the past year and half I've really start to love what they were releasing. I knew as soon as I saw promo images for the Euro Centrale collection I was screwed. I ended up purchasing 9 of the 12 polishes in this collection. Today, I have for you Can't Find My Czechbook.

Can't Find My Czechbook is a dusty sky blue creme.

I love this shade of blue. This is a beautiful color polish. I will say that I did have some application issues with this one. I used 3 coats here, and found it to be streaky and uneven on some spots on my nails. I have seen many bloggers praise this one for having a nice formula and were able to achieve opacity in 2 coats. I was starting to think I was nuts, but in Vampy Varnish's review she seemed to experience similar issues I had with this polish? The formula was not in anyway horrible, but it certainly was not my favorite. I would expect better from an OPI polish. I'm not sure if there are some bottles with different formulas or what? Oh well. Who knows? Beautiful color, but not so great formula at least with the bottle I have.
